- Under $75 a $5 shipping fee will be added.
- Orders are processed and shipped out within 48 hours.
- We are not responsible for any packages lost in transit. All USPS or UPS tracking inquiries should be handled directly with the shipper.
Damaged Goods:
We take great pride in inspecting all inventory before it is shipped out or sold. IF you believe that your item has arrived to you damaged you MUST notify us within 48 hours of receiving your item(s).

Returns:
We accept returns at ALL TIMES for store credit only. Please know that the store credit will be for the price that the item is at the time of the return.
All sale items are FINAL SALE. No returns will be accepted for sale items.
All intimates, mixology, and headwear are FINAL SALE.
Refunds are issued back as a store credit.
Returns must be received unwashed, unworn and in new condition. The item must be returned with original tags/packaging still attached.
Items returned to us with makeup, deodorant, perfume or similar product stains will be shipped back to you, and no credit will be issued.
We highly recommend washing all items before wear. We are not responsible for damages after the wear of any item. PLEASE follow the care instructions for each item and wash as instructed. We are not responsible for damage done by the washer for not following care instructions.

HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY
Any gifts purchased in store or online can be exchanged for STORE CREDIT ONLY. Customer must present gift receipt with item and item must have tags attached to be eligible for exchange. The store credit will be issued based on the price the item being exchanged is currently marked at, no exceptions will be made.
IF you ordered online and didn't mention you needed a gift receipt for your purchase please reach out to us and we will happily provide one to you.
